Swingby is for parents and caregivers coordinating time at local parks. You must be 18+ to hold an account. You're responsible for what you post and for keeping your login secure.

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, or unwanted contact.
• Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
• Don't use Swingby to collect information about other families or their children.
• Don't post unlawful, dangerous, or commercial spam content.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Swingby helps you coordinate, but any meet-up is between you and the other families. Meet in public, use your judgment, and supervise your children. We don't vet or endorse users, and we're not responsible for what happens offline. See the Safety Center.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us permission to store and display it to the people you choose to share it with, so the app can work.

Swingby is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
